Twitter reportedly has provided an update service. The micrblogging site translator automatically launches feature to tweet at twitter.com.

However, the translation feature powered by Bing it only supports multiple languages for the moment and will continue to be added over time.

Because of this new feature is available for a number of users, Twitter is starting a predictable process of launching. For initial use, the user will see the caption "View translation" when opening their account. Once the information is clicked, the user can directly use it with the help of Bing services.
Results of the translation is not perfect and does not conform with the rules of grammar, because the program has not been developed. But at least, users can more clearly determine the meaning of a foreign language tweets.
